"New renovation. No Fridge or microwave. It was bare bones. Low budget.. not used to these sorts of things with Hilton hotels. Very disappointed."

"I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience.
The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. The curtains were broken, the windows...

"Même si le prix de la chambre est très bas, ce n'est pas une raison pour avoir une chambre sale. Tout d'abord, quand nous sommes arrivés à la réception ça ne sentait vraiment pas bon et des boites étaient empilées dans l'entrée et des chaises cassées étaient directement à côté de la porte de la réception. Dans la chambre, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé...jamais j'aurais enlevé mes chaussures. Le bain n'était pas nettoyé. Une toile d'araignée avait même eu le temps de se loger sur la poignée...

"For starters the staff was very pleasant, room was clean, bedding was excellent, no issues with parking. Having a breakfast at the hotel is perfect and the choices were great for the days we stayed."

"We would definitely stay there again. It’s very old but has some very nice updates. There was not enough electrical outlets but that lends to the age of the motel. We always travel with additional cords and outlets for that reason. The door handle and lock was not very secure. The room was acceptable."
