Showed us our room and then of course it was no smoking BUT someone has probably Stayed a few days and smoked heavily because It was brutal. "Our aircon didn’t work. The hotel should have moved our room in the first instance but instead sent three people in to ‘fix’ it. They didn’t fix it. And we had three people in our room instead. One while my husband was sleeping. In the end - as i was tired of complaining- I had extra sheets sent up and I slept on the sofa in the next room. At check out, I had to ask for compensation and was offered a token reduction on the cost of some food we had. Honestly, I am so disappointed with everything...
