"The beds are old and hard spring mattresses. The linen is also old and needs replacing. The pullout bed in the old dirty couch was broken. I won’t ever stay in this place again. It ruined my vacation because no one got any good sleep! "

"Perfect location! Stayed here for a girls weekend float trip. River access is about half way through the comal float and two blocks from the river exit. The condo had everything we needed, super convenient. "

"I was in town for work for the week and while looking for a hotel, found this awesome apartment for what I would have spent on a hotel. Less in fact, but it offered so much more. I don't think I will pick hotels as long as this is available for future trips. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. "
