"Beautiful gated hotel right on the beach. It has beach access but there is a big ol mound of soft sand you have to climb to get there, I imagine it could cause trouble for elderly or handycap. Other than that the property is amazing."

"When we arrived, the customer service representative did not provide us with any information about the property or surrounding area, even though it was our first time visiting. We received our parking pass, but the parking spaces were extremely narrow and difficult to park in due to the limited space.
When we got to our room, which included a kitchen, we were disappointed to find that it was very outdated. The floors, furniture, and balcony all had peeling paint, making the room appear poorly...

"Horrible customer service and communication. Lack of hospitality and effective management. This includes Vacasa the property management to the poor customer service from Expedia. Highly disappointed with what was supposed to be a great birthday weekend stay. From cleanliness of room to horrible front desk info like wi-fi code and poor amenities in room like phone outlets to connect to. Would not stay here again."

"Quality apartment, good hvac etc. salt and pepper are there which is nice. Pans are scratched teflon if that matters to you, but outside of that no issues.
Kitchen had all supplies needed to cook"
