Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. "It is a nice place to unwind. It was well equipped. We were able to use the grill and outdoor areas. Great river access with kayaks and fishing. The only draw back was the house next door. Very noisy even after quiet hours. Overall it was a great place for family. "
