"We arrived late, and after having our room bookies for four months this hotel over sold our room and still tried to charge us for a room. At every step of the process they tried to scam us out of a hotel room. Eventually they booked us at a place down the road, but not without a fight. I do not recommend staying here, as you will be risking them overselling your room if you don’t arrive in time."

"Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated. "No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room.
