"I get that the Inn is dated; it has to be over 100 years old, so it's not like a brand-new hotel. Despite the wear and tear that comes with age, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside to the stay was that the wifi was practically nonexistent in our room. We were in the building across from the reception/dining room building, which had excellent wifi. Maybe a few quality boosters would help. But we will return; the Inn has a charm to it."

"Excellent staff. Fantastic breakfast. Quaint, romantic inn. We enjoyed our anniversary stay. A little touch up here and there would make it outstanding. Loved the cookies and the lobby. We would stay again. Convenient location to all the Franconia Notch sites."

"It was the middle of October and the temperature was in the mid 30*F. No heat was on in the building, our room was extremely cold and uncomfortable. We didn't the next day! It was so cold couldn't take a shower."
