"The attention and the terrible cleaning, the first time I stay in a hotel where I ask for cleaning service and they give me the broom and the dustpan to do it myself, it lasted a week and they didn't even give me toilet paper I had to pick up the dirty towels and take them myself to the laundry, it lasted a week and they never laid me or changed the sheet everything I had to do it myself and the food was terrible"

"Not a 4 star hotel. Definitely was a hotel before and they're trying to make it appear better. carpet is old, wallpaper is peeling, room was ok, mattress was gross, stained. Bathroom small and had no vent fan. Its a hiliday inn with a different name. 2.5 starrs max. location is good, near airport and 28th street has anything you need. Must reiterate NOT a 4star hotel."

Before arriving, I called the hotel, and although they don’t have a traditional shuttle, the front desk arranged an Uber for us, which we appreciated. "This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with.
