"Everything was great ,except We found they went overboard on the price for room service. Breakfast for 2 was $180. Exactly!!! We had dinner the night before and our bill was less in the restaurant. Plus our Breakfast ,they missed thing to bring with it. Love the room but dont get room service."

"We had a very good stay. The hotel and our room were both high quality, and the gym was excellent. We booked a Falls View room and were given a high-floor room with an amazing view of the falls, including a great view of the fireworks.
The location is very convenient, and the shops in the lobby are really useful, especially the Starbucks.
The hotel was very busy, though, and the wait for the elevators could be quite long. We also had some confusion finding the gym. We were told it was on the...

"Everything is generally positive - room was renovated, spacious, and comfortable. All of the hotel interior was great (except an incredibly slow, questionably responsive, and useless on a busy morning elevator in “Tower 2”). The outside sea of paused construction in parking lots isn’t attractive, but really you’re right next to the main shopping and attractions area at a very attractive price. Just know that the exterior might give you pause, but inside and the surrounding area are great."
