"The room was very clean. Mattress was comfortable and the towels smelt nice. Staff was kind and helpful. The details such as a water kettle, microwave and the removable shower head was a nice touch. I was travelling with my 2 littles and these additions made it much easier. 10/10 would recommend!"

We found multiple hairs in the hand towel and sheets, there was a splash of dark stain above the toilet, the mirror wasn’t clean, there were black stains all over the floor/wall/details of the bathtub (mold). The staff was fine but no customer service (no hello, good afternoon, etc). All the details of the room were slightly falling apart, mainly in the bathroom and in common areas. For $50/night, I wouldn’t have made these comments. But I paid $260/night, so the...
