"Best location! two-minute walking to downtown and the falls. We love the balcony and the river right beside the site. We DID see a deer eating at 'Deer feed site' around lunch time, this was the best highlight of the whole stay!"

"We stayed one night with two teens and two dogs. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We also had a terrific dinner at the attached restaurant."

"Try and avoid room 305 if you can. It looks over the stairwell between Duckworth Street and Water Street, and also the doorway to the Duke of Duckworth pub. It’s so popular that people stand in the stairway and wait for a table until past midnight. Way past midnight. I expect all the other rooms would be much quieter."
