"Good price for this location, room clean with basic kitchens utensils.
No parking place, car unable to drive into the street, fortunately a few minute walk there are some parking lots available for free.
Check-in is a problem, no onsite staff, said given front door passcode through WhatsApp, but i don't use WhatsApp at all. No where to contact, until i find their ad phone number for ocean travel. The guests after me had the same problem. If they can solve the check in problem will be much...
"Super easy check in via WhatsApp. The staff were readily available, allowing me to store my luggage after check out due to a late flight and calling me a cab since I didn’t have a local number. The building felt very safe and secure, and the room was very clean. Also well located to the centre of the city. Highly recommend!"
"Hotel is in the city center, 3 minutes walk to main attractions and restaurants. Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast and pool and spa on the premises. "
"The receptionist Tania was amazing pointing out all excellent places worth visiting. Her personality and humour was definitely the highlight of our stay at the hotel"
"Just returned from 3 nights. Hotel is in an excellent location, such a close to walk to centre and marina. Very clean !!! Aircon is really effective and pool area is a good extra especially in the centre. Would definitely stay again. "

Commune with nature and explore the great outdoors at Lagoa do Fogo during your travels in Matriz. While you're in the area, wander around picturesque gardens.
"I had a wonderful stay at the brand-new Delta Hotel in Ponta Delgada. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, just minutes from the airport. The staff were excellent, welcoming me with an early check-in and great local dining recommendations. My room was spotless and comfortable. Since the property is still new, some facilities are finding their rhythm, and I’d suggest clearer instructions for the balcony door, which can be a bit confusing. Overall, a great experience, but you’ll definitely want a car to explore beyond the city."
