"The highlight of our stay was AnnaMaria at the Front Desk. She was the epitome of guest service from the moment we arrived to when we left. She came outside to welcome us and load our luggage onto a bell cart, took the bell cart inside and met us at the front desk to check us in. We were about an hour early for check in, but not only did she get us in our room right away, we were given an upgrade. AnnaMaria was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. "Loved the little kitchen and the room. Loved the view from my room. All and all very satisfied. The only thing that I was looking for that never found was a safe to leave my items in. And no dresser which was kinda weird. But besides that no complaints. Very happy satisfied also w the complimentary breakfast. Staff was also very helpful and friendly Thank you"

"The Delta King was so fun to stay on, especially with the walkability of the area, as we only stayed two nights, making outings more reasonably priced. The only complaint about our stay was that we asked for an early check-in, and they never notified us that our room was ready, so we could have been in our room 3 hours earlier than we were. The complementary house wine was nice, and the overall experience was good for a short stay as the room was pretty small."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

"A lot of homeless people surrounding the outside premises even though it has gated parking you would have to pass thru the homeless people. Hotel was clean but has a bad order like mold. Continental breakfast was good."
