Firstly, the television..the screen is damaged and flickers lines and boxes which essentially makes it unwatchable. Secondly, the room is adjacent to neighboring business that play VERY loud music from open to close making falling asleep with constant booming extremely difficult. "Property looked fine from exterior, but inside was a different story. Crown moulding peeling off walls, paint peeling off walls, stained carpets. No body wash or hair conditioner in bathroom. Toilet seat was disgusting, was delaminating and peeling was not bolted down properly. Pool and spa was murky and dirty with ALOT of paint chips from concrete floating around which covered everyones body. Homeless and drug addicts camping in parking lot. "This is a non smoking facility but as soon as you enter the lobby for check in there is a strong scent of cigarette. The staff was helpful. The laundry room was clean. I liked the minimalist room design but it lacked quality of workmanship. There was a daylight gap around the entire door to our room and other small details that made the room feel like it was done by an amateur. There was a very strong odor of pinesol and cigarettes in this non smoking room that hits you as soon as you enter. The...

"The owners are on site and couldn't have been nicer. Location was amazing with coffee shops, restaurants, beach and more in easy walking distance. Room lay out was a bit odd but beds were super comfortable. The road out front is a bit noisy."

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom walls were sticky, there were cigarette butts all over the back patio, and there was homeless and meth heads all over the property and surrounding areas. The room was fairly clean, however. I stayed there about three nights, and it was just me and my teenage son. This didn’t seem like a very family friendly environment, also the end was sold out on a couple nights and there was no parking so I had to park in the electric car charging areas....

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I made a reservation with Expedia for this property. I chose the “pay at property” option for my reservation. On the day of check in I arrived around 7pm. The man at the front desk told me my reservation had been cancelled. I checked my Expedia app and my reservation was active. So I asked why was it cancelled. He then proceeds to lie and say that they ran my credit card ahead of time and the card declined so the reservation was cancelled. This was false. I told him my card...

"Filthy room. There was a “personal pleasure’ toy in the bed and visibly dirty sheets. The office staff would not switch our room or couldn’t offer housekeeping to change out the bedding. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle instead because who wants to sleep in a strangers body fluid and dirt? We went to a different hotel. "

"Bed was like an air mattress, dust all over the room. You could see light from underneath the room door to the outside. Not a good experience. I was in the room for less than an hr before I reserved another hotel. "
