"The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints."

"Magnificent apartment in an historic building, I loved it. The communication was brilliant and the host bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had a few issues with some mice in the apartment however they moved me to a new one while they sorted out the situation and were extremely accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend."

"A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!"

Had very expensive FedEx package sent to me there on weekend and staff received and put in their storage without contacting me or delivering to room even though room # was on it. That caused me real problems having to return back to hotel to get it. "We had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel in the CBD during Jazz Fest. The entire experience felt elevated, stylish, and thoughtfully curated — truly an influencer’s dream. The design and atmosphere were cultured, modern, and uniquely New Orleans without feeling overly touristy. The location was perfect.
