"This was the most luxurious stay ever! We were upgraded to a suite and it was a pleasant surprise! The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained."

"My husband and I had such a great experience staying at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans! The hotel was incredibly clean, which is always a top priority for me. I also loved the location. It’s in a perfect area that isn’t overly crowded, yet still within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and popular spots. The staff was attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel itself is absolutely adorable with so many cute photo opportunities...

"This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place "

"Spacious room with modern decor style throughout hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. There were a couple minor things (missing drain stopper in sink, someone's leftover sandwich in mini-fridge, lack of a mirror near good lighting for make-up) but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"The staff were always friendly. The property was clean and quiet! Centrally located. Each room has a kitchenette so there is no restaurant in the property. There is a convenience store in the lobby. There are 2 cafe's directly next door, Food and beverage are easy to get. Food can be ordered and delivered or leave a grocery list with the staff and they'll shop for you! We walked a few blocks away to a market and shopped for ourselves. Very easy!"

"Nice hotel for the area, but I wasn’t thrilled with the rooms based on the price I paid. The bathrooms have a sliding door with no privacy—you can see through the sides and basically see everything—and there’s only one small towel holder. The staff was great, and it’s super easy access to Canal St; Bourbon St is within walking distance. Overall, nice lobby, but I feel like I overpaid. "

"Every staff member that I met, from the manager Corey, to the reception staff, the valets, and the housekeepers were extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. I was given a bigger room which offered an immaculate interior design. The hotel was clean, the neighborhood was safe, and close (whether walking distance or by car) to a lot of restaurants and shops that I had on my agenda."
