"The hotel was clean, peaceful, and in a great location in terms of getting everywhere we needed to in a relatively short amount of time (we rented a car). The staff is amazing and the views or Morélia are spectacular. I thought it would be annoying to ring the door door at night but the staff opened the gates quickly. They’re very attentive. "This place is absolutely stunning! The staff here are welcoming and not because it’s their job. You feel it in the atmosphere. This is a very enchanting experience and this Hotel is a one of a kind gem and I pray it remains that way forever. "Se aprecia lindo el hotel en fotos pero, Lamentablemente la habitación sumamente sucia, con rastros de suciedad bastante desagradable de huéspedes debajo de muebles, alojada por mucho tiempo y acumuladandose, ya que no se mueven los muebles para la limpieza, sino solo superficial.
Adicionando, que los colchones súper viejos, ya vencidos, se hunden."
