"Good value"

"This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. There was a mixup when I asked...

"We had a great honeymoon they decorated our room for us with Swan towels and flower petals the dodgy dock restaurant was good staff was very nice the beach shuttle at 9am and 12pm was very easy to get to grand anse beach and the umbrella restaurant there was great they make their own ice cream at the resort and have yoga classes"

"This was an amazing stay for my group. The beach is right there and the hospitality was phenomenal. The staff helped us with our flight issues. Very informative and very kind; looking forward to coming back. Would highly recommend."

"Everything was top"

"We loved that it was steps away from the beautiful and quiet beach. The staff were very polite and helpful and kept the room clean. We also loved the great air conditioning after being out in the sun all day. I would highly recommend this place to stay."

"Great place to stay and staff was very friendly."

"Great service! Staff was amazing"

The level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"Worth every penny. Exceeded expectations. Fully recommend."

"Clean room friendly staff good air conditioning and nice pool to cool down in"
