"Quality feel to all the interiors, a beautiful scent as you walk in the hotel, great happy hour and lots of light and white! Improvements could be made though in the restaurant service at nighttime for hotel guests. "

"When I got my first room, the air-conditioning was not working. They had to move me to a different room. In addition this room already had stains on the sheets when I went to my new room this room also had stains on the sheet and I already had trash in the trashcan, but the air conditioning did work."

"Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive. The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased. Overall ok if you’re only staying a couple of days. It’s well located"
