"10/10 amazing experience from the tiki house, outdoor gym and amazing views! Fooooood 10/10 that includeds the free breakfast they give you. Staff are amazing and even the bar staff are! I recommend this place for any couples or single person that wants a nice relaxing vacation and weekend that bar side is a vibe!!! The Tiki house is amazingggggg also."

"The hotel was pleasant and well kept for the most part. The pool could use some maintenance, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the customer service by the woman in the front office was lacking. Three of the people in our party were leaving at 5am the next morning to hike a volcano. Because breakfast was included in our stay and they wouldn't be there for it, I asked if the kitchen could please give them something simple to take, even just bread, and she said that wasn't possible because the kitchen wouldn't be open that early. The kitchen was open in the evening when I asked her, so someone could've just grabbed some, but she wasn't willing to do that. For a pricey hotel it was disappointing that they couldn't accommodate a very simple request, especially because bread was part of the breakfast plate that's included. The hotel also doesn't allow guests to bring food in from outside to eat in their room. The staff at the bar/restaurant were wonderful and helpful, but the lady at the front desk was quite rude. I also asked for an additional key because we were 4 adults with different plans, but I was told that wasn't possible either. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were the nicest I have ever experienced. The room size was great. A fridge would have been so nice but I assume they want you to buy their food and drinks so therefore don’t supply one. The negatives were the restaurant. The food was just okay, not great although the avocado toast was incredible!! Also there wasn’t hot water in our shower. It was warm, just not hot. I just read that there’s a game room there. We didn’t see anything. Not sure if it exists or if the listing is wrong."

"2 breakfast choice included in stay; good options. Food is good and affordable! Unfortunately I had no hot water my entire stay but it I adjusted quickly. Also WiFi was not great. Property is beautiful though; 2 pools one overlooking the beach and it’s on el zonte beach."
