"We had five amazing days at Piccolo Paradiso in Massa Lubrese. The staff was super helpful, and assisted us with booking boat trips, taxi, bus etc. It’s about 20 minutes drive to Sorrento, and there is busses leaving outside the hotel every hour till 5pm. We loved staying in a smaller town, and felt like we got more of a local experience. There is boats at the marina that can take you all over the Amalfi coast for different prices. "The view was breathtaking of Capri and the sunsets from our room, the restaurant, and the wonderful rooftop pool. Nothing was an inconvenience for the staff upon any request.
A short trip to Sorrento by the buses that stop at the hotel’s entrance every 20 minutes - and for only 2 EUR.

"The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be.
The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent pool towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for pool towels. They also don't tell you this when you check in so when you get to the pool, only then are...

It was conveniently located near the main area of Sorrento -we walked 10-15 minutes to get to the beach, and entered the main downtown area within a couple of minutes to dinners and shopping.
