The issue was not the hotel’s fault, but she showed genuine concern, remained very pleasant throughout the interaction, and was able to resolve everything quickly. Customer service is very important to me because I believe it reflects the face of a company. She represented the hotel brand extremely well, and her positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name, as I was busy trying to get my four year-old granddaughter in order."

There was some mildew or powery looking substance on the back of my room door. The glass of a body length mirrorin the room was broken. On my first night there was someone parked in the back playing loud music from his truck all night. It was a red pickup truck. It was a maroon pickup truck that was still playing music as day light approached on Saturday morning. I was barely able to catch a wink. "
