"The site advertises that they took pets, but they neglected to say that the only pets they take are dogs unless you look real deeply into the website. After we booked the hotel assuming they had allowed cats we tried to cancel our reservation, but they refused to let us do that and made us pay for the four days that we had booked regardless. There was no reason that they couldn’t refund our money. I understand that they said it was a non-refundable price but I think they could have made an...

"Location was great. Room was simple and functional. Lots of cold breakfast choices."

"Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. There's a couple of pubs, shops and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and it's 5 mins up the road from the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Fully recommend a stay here! We also let the host know that there would be three of us staying, but when we arrived, the sofa bed was...

"Check in process made difficult with lack of communication - no towels - shower broken "

"Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. "
