"The housekeeping staff was excellent. From the minute I made a phone call about my friend coming and asked for connecting rooms. The front desk staff was more than accommodating. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm and they were more than accommodating, They took care of me with a blizzard rate. The only things that I thought was a little strange was that the lobby and the ground floor are not on the same level. Even if ur the only one asking for your vehicle plan to wait 25 min or to get your car. And don’t lose ur ticket. It’s a very faulty system out to get u to pay max rates should u lose ur ticket. Having to wait almost 30 min is highly inconvenient "
