"Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. "

"We loved having a comfortable private space with no immediate neighbors and an empty, treefilled lot next door. The kitchen was well supplied with basics and loved having laundry facilities. Unfortunately, internet went down part of our time there, shower is not great, outside trash bin is takes two people to open (bear proof), and the steps up to the outer doors do not have safety rails. Recommend the Slippery Otter for a meal or two, but there are no restaurants really within quick walking...

"The condo was in a good location, short uphill walk to base area. It was possible to ski part of the way down to it. Excellent communication from the owners. Excellent snow management in and around the property. A large bed and a bunk bed were on the lower floor which was accessed via narrow spiral staircase. A little difficult getting ski gear/bags up and down but doable. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ravens Heart Cabin during our Yellowstone vacation (September 8–13, 2025)! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk into the center of West Yellowstone, which made exploring town super convenient. Even better, the Buffalo Bar was practically in our backyard! We ended up there more than once because the food & bar service was incredible and the atmosphere was such a fun bonus to have so close! "Love love love this place!!! Minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone and yet walkable to anywhere in town for shopping or eating. Fully appointed condo with all the comforts of home. Being a small unit they have maximized the space wonderfully. There is a barn door with no lock for the bathroom which is my only (mild) criticism- my kids don’t respect a closed door 😂 Would also love a little extra piece of mind with a deadbolt inside but overall a wonderful stay!!!"

"The house worked out great. Couple constructive comments: 1) Add shower head to lower bathroom / bath tub. Having 8 people share upstairs shower is not ideal. 2) The garbage dumpster had padlock on it and we had to keep garbage bags in the house. "

"This is a great property to stay at if you are spending a couple of nights. Kitchen was great, Cooked a couple of simple meals. Couple of negatives., the steep stairs and the laundry dryer's air filter was awfully dirty. I don't just mean the lint was not removed. The mesh in the filter is black from dirt and should be was out with soap and water to make it look clean. But overall we would recommend to others."

"Nice place to stay"

"We just returned from our trip to West Yellowstone. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. It is clean, safe, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But, do read the property description. There is no dishwasher and there is no air conditioner. 10 months out of the year having no AC is probably not an issue, but Montana does get warm in July and Aug. We had difficulty getting the room cool enough to sleep. "

"The cabin was only 20 minutes from Yellowstone and had great views of the lake, mountains, and wild life. The place was well stocked and perfect for a couple or small family. "
