"Paid for a quadruple room - when we checked in were given a triple room without any acknowledgement. After going to our room and seeing that it wasn’t right we addressed it with reception and were told they had given our room to someone else by accident and had no quadruple rooms available. Since we had prepaid we were told that the manager would help us address the price difference in the morning. Price difference on th "
