"This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. "Very clean and nice property. We mostly wanted to have good sleep at this point in our trip, and the hotel delivered with good blackout curtains and a quiet environment. "Front desk staff was great, breakfast was great. Beds were not very comfortable but we were able to request slightly softer pillows to replace the flat, hard ones we had on our beds when we arrived. Note that if your room faces the street, there is noise at night. The courtyard was nice but there is no pool- just a jacuzzi. We wrongly assumed from pictures that it was a pool. Location is good for walking around the city. "
