"The staff are great, had to swap rooms 3 times and the sorted it out asap. The hotel is nice. The rooms are not 4 stars. Mouldy grouting in the bathrooms and i went to 3 different rooms and saw the same grouting issue in all of them. Im a light sleeper and found it difficult to sleep, once the cleaners were cleaning the rooms around me, lots of knocking into the walls and into the doors. The rooms were cleaned really well.
The pool doesn't get any sunlight till mid afternoon and i amongst...

"2 bedroom/2bathrooms + small kitchen table, sofa & balcony - perfect for 3 or 4 people. Plenty of mugs & plates & glasses. Nespresso coffee maker. Spotless & modern. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping daily. Great location on a wide but not busy road. Turn left out of the apartments and 20 minute takes you to the beach, turn right & walk through the park & your at Plaza de Reina, about a 30 minute walk - but a really nice one. Loads of places to eat right nearby the apartments - we tried most of...

"The hotel location is good as it's not far from the beach which you can reach by public transport with a bus stop near the hotel. The hotel is clean with daily cleaning by support staff. The air conditioner works well and can be controlled in the room. The only downside for me is the size of the bed. Their Queen size bed is on the smaller sides compare to other hotels of similar standard.
The breakfast options are limited and same things are served everyday. The quality of the food are not the...

"Poder entrar y subir a la habitación parece un escape room. Ya no os digo bajar al parking. Había una recepcionista competente, las demás posiblemente estaban en prácticas, dado que una nos dio una habitación ya ocupada (el pobre señor se llevó un susto cuando usamos la tarjeta para entrar y estaba trabajando en su habitación). Mientras que otra, siendo que la reserva estaba hecha por Expedía, no se ha dignado ni de buscar una habitación con dos camas (petición hecha semanas antes por correo) ni...

"It is a cute boutique hotel with a small pool but great vibe. The breakfast is really good, there are options and is very well presented. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is about half an hour walk to the beach area, the street around the hotel has a different vibe but still walkable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!!"
