"Cet hôtel est merveilleux, les repas sont excellents, la literie est parfaite, le lieux est magnifique. Un petit bemol sur l'organisation qui a été résolu très vite par l'équipe à 2 reprises. "
"Das Hotel war sehr modern und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer lag im hinteren Teil des Hotels im obersten Stock mit großem Balkon. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und konnten bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen. Man musste nur die Straße überqueren und war direkt am Strand, wo man die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten konnte. Toller Aufenthqlt!"

The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you.

Restauration de qualité, du choix et du personnel agréable.
Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur.
Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar.

Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, thème varié formule buffet du soir, possibilité resto à la carte sur réservation. Formule all in finalisée sur place mais pas de système bracelets pour différencier les différentes formules, donc on doit signer pour tout ce qu on consomme et c est parfois un peu lourd. "Oppholdet på The Residence har vært en flott opplevelse. Rommet hadde perfekt beliggenhet med utsikt og direkte utgang til stranden og havet, i tillegg til å være stort og komfortabelt.
Maten holdt høy kvalitet, med gode smaker og fin variasjon gjennom hele oppholdet.
Det vi imidlertid savnet, var mer tilgjengelig informasjon om aktiviteter, menyer på de ulike restaurantene samt priser og behandlingstilbud på spaet.
Alt i alt er dette et vakkert hotell med flott beliggenhet, og vi kunne...
