The hotel is advertised as two connected properties with spa amenities but in reality they are pretty disjointed and quite a bit of walk from each other. The spa reservation system is not great because there is no online way to reserve a massage and one needs to go to a remote reception spot to reserve it between 10 am and 7 pm (which is prime time NOT to be at the hotel). So we ended up skipping it because of that and also the prices were...

Doors catching on the floors, tarnished brass on door handles, musty smell, … overall appearance is tired and could do with a freshen up. Walk most places and local bus’s were plentiful as were tour bus’s at bottom of hill. The decor, with a contrived party theme is incredibly ugly, with stupid neon quotes, garish colours, plastic ducks and non stop video of parties. When we were there, average customer age was at best in the 40s. Clearly not appropriate. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable with, for us, very nice sea view.
