"For me I enjoyed being close to the church. Love seeing the history out of my room. The room is basic; it worked but wished it had a table to get our things organized. I liked the rolling closet you can dry your clothes there. Share the bathroom with one other guest. Sharing a bathroom was interesting because you needed to keep in mind that you did not use all the hot water. Reminded me of the shower’s we had in Mexico. It worked for me in The Camino."

"We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, but there was a distinct smell of smoke, particularly in the bathroom, which led us to believe that this may either have been a smoking room (even if we requested non-smoking) or that previous guests ignored the non-smoking directive. Because we could open the window, we were able to “air” out the place, and enjoy it....

"The hotel is very centric! The location is very convenient and the facilities are good in general. It was clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful! On the other side the rooms are small, don’t have a closet, not even a space where to open your luggage and keep it, you have to use your bed every time and close it and open it again every time you need something. Is crazy but the rest is good and we only stayed for one night but you need to know this if you plan to spend more time."

"We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet...
