"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "Excelente opción, todos muy amables, muy buenas instalaciones, me encantó el jacuzzi, el restaurante tiene buenas comida, el desayuno incluido es abundante y rico, sólo sugeriría mejorar un poco la atención, ya que aunque no hay tantos comensales, los meseros no siempre están atentos a los requerimientos de los que hay. Estuvimos sólo 3 días y nos quedaron ganas de regresar"

"Brand new hotel so everything is new & clean. Beautiful modern design. Staff were very helpful especially Jaime, German, Humberto and Adriana. Rooftop pool was amazing but water was a bit too warm. We did try to eat at the rooftop restaurant on Wednesday night and it was closed. Too bad the surrounding empty lot did nor offer a nice view plus no balcony. Overall very good hotel!"
