"What you expect for the price. Room was very clean though, had a microwave and fridge which we liked. Walking distance to pretty much anything in town. Felt safe and staff was very very friendly. Code is used to open your door which was nice so you don’t have to worry about a room key. "

"It’s good for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated having different heat controls in each room! However there is a dehumidifier in the main room, which runs all the time. We stayed for a week so we would shut it off at night so we could sleep and leave it on during the day. We had to empty it a couple times and it was full! The property is old, but has been refreshed with new paint, flooring, etc. which explains the dehumidifier. We didn’t have anything to scour dishes with,...

"I stayed a night here on April 11th… the stay was terrible had so much noise until 1am due to renovation at the unit next to ours couldn’t sleep at all. Called the after hour phone no one picked or returned our call… during check out there was no one to talk about the noise issue… just not a good experience over all ..I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again "

"This hotel is a sweet gem in Canmore! Walking distance to everything shops, restaurants, the walk along the creek is beautiful. The room had everything you need and a great view of the Three Sisters. Staff was so friendly and quick to fix an error on the charges. We danced the night away at the bar attached to the hotel then strolled back to our room. Great stay would definitely book again."
