"This was our second time at the Overlander. I booked two rooms, that were both the same price. When we checked in one had a balcony and the other didn’t. I wish we would have known that a balcony room was available as we both would have liked to have one, not just one of us. The next time we come we will be sure to confirm which room we will be getting so we have a balcony and the beautiful view for the same cost."
"Our stay was pleasant overall. The property itself was a bit dated, which was exactly as shown in the booking photos, so there were no surprises there. We appreciated the incredibly easy check-in and check-out process, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, which is always a top priority. My only wish would be for a coffee maker in the room for added convenience, but otherwise, we had a comfortable experience."
