"Overall a decent stay. Most staff were wonderful but a few were rude and disappointing. Amenities were great but a few flaws like steam room working poorly and no hot tub at the pool. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one.
