"the hotel is near the airport but isolated from anything commercial near by. I arrived from Playa del Carmen in colectivo at night having to cross a major intersection where cars are going at 80km/h+ which made it for a dangerous experience. Also the walk from there at night it's quite long and sketchy with many dark spots along the way although the neighbourhood looks safe. The internet was really bad, kept crashing and a big let down. The little staff that was there were friendly. All in all...

"Great hotel, we loved it! Just wish that they would fill our shampoo, conditioner and body wash more often as we would realize in the shower that it was out. This happened twice and that was annoying as you are mid shower, need to get out and call the front desk, and then wait until they came to tip them up. "
