"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a...

"The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. "arrived during Holy Week festivities. Road was blocked off and very busy. Parked in a public car park several minutes walk away. Not a problem as only had overnight bags. Friendly & easy check in. Our room overlooked the street so was able to view one of the processions. Food in hotel restaurant looked excellent and was value for money along with the drinks. Great service.Only comment to be made on the room was a tight space between table & bed."
"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu.
