"It was a clean but bare bones room. No tissues, no maid service., minimal towels Nice kitchenette but they charge extra for dishes or pots and pans.
No ice maker but they did give me ice trays "
"It seems they've done some remodeling/refreshing since our last stay there. Even layout of suite was different, with suite sofa facing bed on opposite wall. Bathrooms redone too. My complaint there (as with most hotels now) is no vanity cabinet and not enough towel racks or hooks."
"All of the staff made you feel welcomed and are very accommodating. The breakfast menu was redundant but freshly prepared. The rooms are comfortable and were being remodeled at the time of our stay."
"READ ME: For me and my wife, this was an extremely pleasant discovery and experience. We like different, so while this place can be made workable (which I will tell you how to do), keep in mind that this might not be your cup of tea on a business trip where stardardization may have been the better choice. If you want the best of the old and the new and you depend on electronics as I do, bring at least 2 multi-outlet extension cords and maybe even a power strip or two (I do that anyway, and in this case I used them all). If you need an ice machine to pack a lot of ice to keep coolers cold between or during excursions or trip legs, plan on stopping somewhere to get a bag or two of ice as needed. And that stop may, this is also the only place I've ever seen where you'll eat breakfast using ornate real silver utensils on china plates and drinking orange juicr from crystal goblets. And whike the distance from the parking area to the entrance isn’t excessive, its also a landscaped terrain followed by significant stairs, so if you don't pack light, like maybe one carryon per person, a folding wagon might be the ticket to get anything larger or heavier than that to the building and up the stairs to your room without help (and not because the owners won't offer you help, they will and they are the nicest and most helpful folks you can imagine, but) staying here is all about the experience rather than just a place to rest and get refreshed before an o'dark:30 roll call in the AM."
"Filthy
I didnt stay there/ nor check in..
Yet EXPEDIA WILL NOT EVEN REPLY/ NOR REFUND ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSURANCE ON MY BOOKING
NOT USING EXPEDIA ANYMORE"
