"Very unique room view from the balcony was exceptional right on the canals only negative thing the only way to get there is to walk 30-40 minutes with your suitcase up and down bridges on Cobblestone roads or take a very expensive water taxi we opted for the very expensive water taxi Venice is a beautiful city to visit once in a lifetime experience experienced once for a lifetime"

"Great location, a short walk from the water bus as well as a main street. This kept it quiet in the late evenings and early mornings. Staff was very welcoming and made excellent recommendations for dinner, transportation, etc. A wonderful breakfast was included with our rate. Fresh, hot and cold items. Our room was very clean and comfortable. (Bed felt medium/firm to us) We appreciated the amenities too. "
