"The staff were kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. The room, small, lacked a place to put luggage and clothes, but as a old boutique hotel, not unexpected. We did have some trouble keeping the water in the shower area. Please know that this hotel is located in more of a residential area, so there will be noises in the morning and late evening as people pass by."

"The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. "

"Everything was perfect from the staff at the desk to the comfort of the rooms, clean and well provided with sleepers and toiletry samples in the bathroom.
