"The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English. "

"Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!"

"Located off the beaten path in the Cannaregio district, this is truly a hidden gem! Very quiet area and an absolutely fantastic hotel! Hotel is of the orient theme with spacious clean rooms and a bottle of free champagne to greet you. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. If you don’t have plans don’t worry, the staff is very knowledgeable and have many activities they can guide you to, some of which are free, courtesy of the hotel. Again, I can’t say enough good things about...

"Communication from IIlaria was great, room was perfect for what we wanted- there was no mini fridge or fridge in common area, which would have been nice to have for drinks &snacks. The location was great, water taxis few minutes walk, even walking to tourist attractions was 10-20mins max…we got off the water taxi and had 5 minute walk.. The neighbourhood was very nice and relaxing , with lots of cafe bars, and amenities very close at hand. The only other thing I would mention is there is no...
