"The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk.."

" The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. "

"Mario was very accomodating. We had an issue arriving causing the check in to be delayed but he waited for us and made sure that we will be comfortable during our stay. The room was very nice and the service was outstanding! We definitely received more than what we have paid for. "

"We were randomly upgraded to a suite and it was huge and absolutely beautiful , clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is wonderful. I plan on going back and staying there again! The ceiling in our room was gorgeous.The hotel is right on the canal . "

"Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again. "
