"great experience with super nice staff clean room excellent space excellent service great location superb breakfast and everything made u feel like at home"

"Such a lovely surprise! We had a booking mishap so booked here last minute and I am so glad we did! Friendly staff and a gorgeous hotel dating back to the 1500s sitting on a canal. The smell of fresh flowers and beautiful antiques and Murano glass chandeliers adorn the lobby and dining area. Great breakfast and teatime included. We loved it! If you love charm and history-and don’t mind the minor quirks that come with it, you will love it"

"Très bel hôtel avec un personnel incroyable Je recommande grandement"

"The staff was amazing - that is the most special part of this hotel. Also its boutique and historic, plus has a great view on the Canal. Matteo, the owner, made us eggs each morning for breakfast, we will always come back when in Venice."

"We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."

"Great property in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was extremely helpful with getting water taxis and for food options. They have a great bar and great breakfast. Walk out onto the grand canal and go for your adventure for the day."

"Great property in the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and the location allowed us to access almost every part of the city very easily. Restaurants and shopping are literally right outside the door, yet the property is a bit away from the frenzy and quiet when needed. We hesitated a bit to go directly to the hotel by water taxi because it cost Euros 80 for a 15 minute ride. But it is worth the convenience of not having to lug around your suitcases from the ferry dock, looking for...

"A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Situated on the Grand Canal within a stone's through of the Rialto Bridge. Beautiful restaurant with seating right on the canal. The food was excellent as well as the choices. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Water taxi's right to the front door of the hotel. The rooms were in excellent condition and well appointed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The hotel was well priced in comparison with the others of similar quality on the...

"Kleines aber feines Hotel. Gelegen in einer ruhigeren Gehend, jedoch ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Markusplatz ca. 20 Minuten). Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Waren als Unterkunft für zwei Nächte sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen."

"The rooms could be better decorated and the beds/bedding could be better. Expect a very basic room and you won’t be disappointed. Location is great and the courtyard and gym is awesome."
