"This was a great little spot, accessible to the ferry back to the airport and the street it's on is not too crowded. We had the option of self check in, which was very convenient (and appreciated after our adventures). The room itself as ADORABLE, beautifully decorated, and super clean/quiet/comfortable. Highly recommend! Don't forget a small amount of cash for the tourism tax for venice :)"

"The hotel is located close to the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto (waterbus) as well as the Fondamente Nova stop, making it incredibly convenient to get around, including a direct route to the Biennale Gardens and the airport (respectively). "We stayed here for 3 nights in May as part of our Italian vacation. Location is good- quiet and outside of the super busy spots but close enough to walk where you want to go in a few minutes. "Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."
