"The Venart is a special place among many special places in Venice. An old Palace directly on the Grand Canal in the San Polo neighborhood -- the quiet side of Venice. The concierge team is outstanding and the public spaces of the hotel are grand. Given the 2-start GLAM restaurant size limitations, food options at the hotel are quite limited. This can be a problem if you don't feel like heading out for dinner -- or even breakfast. Otherwise, it's a lovely place."

"Kultige Unterkunft in einem ehemalige Kloster. Lage am Fondamente Nove Top. Leider ist man zu Fuß vom Markusplatz mit 20 Minuten schneller als jedes Vaporetto. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse hervorragend. Nicht nur Dolce und Kaffee, sondern Toast, Croissants, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, Müsli, Saft etc."

Walking into the hotel you immediately recognize it's a historic site. The staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. You can have them book dinner or water taxi reservations.
