"We loved our stay at Villa Viridia! The front desk staff were so helpful to us in terms of suggestions, directions and even arranging transportation. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the excellent espresso and buffet in the mornings. The buffet staff also went out of their way to be kind and so helpful. "Easy access from airport via vaporetta, which we used directly from airport. Staff welcome was excellent, and very helpful with recommendations about places to eat. "Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und liegt in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Mitarbeiter, der uns herzlich empfangen hat und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Leider gibt es auch ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. "The staff were very welcoming and friendly and provided plenty of information about the hotel's vicinity. The room was clean, with a nice queen-size bed; however, there were only a few hangers in an open “closet” for clothes, and no room for undies, etc. In the bathroom, while clean and spacious, some adjustments should be considered, as the shower head was too high to reach, and so were the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (and I am 5’7”). They should all be lowered—no hooks by the shower...
