"We had issues the first night with the electric but the team corrected it. The service is amazing! The breakfast was good. The only complaint is, it would have been nice to know it is not all level when walking in the halls. There are a few steps ."

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"
