"Beautiful stay in a lovely room. Pool was excellent, beach was close by. Staff were excellent and even drove us to the Farmacia and waited, as I was sick. Food and bar were great."
"It is a lovely hotel in a great setting let down by some basic issues
1. There are no water fountains anywhere and supplies of water thru the day non-existent- first high end hotel I’ve been to for a whilewhere water bottles and water fountains were not std.
2. The bar and restaurant are ridiculously expensive (EUR 50 for a cocktail is a joke)
3. Little things like shuttle service only runs till 6.30 pm so no good for dinner in town, no coffees or pool area service before 11

"Lovely property. View from pool is beautiful. Rooms are tiny. Owners and staff are courteous. The one item to be aware of is the proximity to town. Transportation from the hotel to the town is challenging. Towels at the pool would be nice. Morning breakfast is satisfactory. Good value for the price. Nice property."

"Start off with the good; The hotel restaurant was delicious and was high quality food with very friendly staff, they went out of their way to make my wife and 3 year old son comfortable. Ricardo, Mattao, and Simone and Great at Front desk all amazing and very nice. The Bad; for a 5 star luxury resort you cant have a villa with 3 bedrooms and only 1 bedroom had hot water. Cristina in the front was not the friendliest and did not make us feel very welcome in my opinion."
