"Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids. Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies! Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc. Nice...

"Cleanest hotel I have been to! Standard king room was a great size and everything was modern/up to date. Staff was super friendly at check in, passing by at night, and at checkout in the morning! Location is also great and convenient for doing some shopping :) Would definitely stay again!"

"Super new and clean. Friendly staff. Loved the outdoor fire pits."

"IAbsolutely loved everything about this hotel! If you’re looking for an upscale stay in Grand Rapids, look no further. This place is stunning, with such a warm, cozy atmosphere and beautiful energy. It has all the elegance you could want while still making you feel completely comfortable. The design deserves a review of its own. Whoever created this space thought about every single detail. From the interiors to my gorgeous room, everything felt intentional and beautifully put together. I kept...

"Friendly staff. Always going beyond standard service."

"For the price of the rooms you just expect more. Free breakfast should have been included. Stuff was dirty. Corners and edges of the floors. Walls. The bathtub was so small and hard to stand in because of the angle of the floor in it. Bed was very hard. The staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t friendly at all. That’s at the front desk and the restaurant. I could have spent less money and gotten the same quality elsewhere with free breakfast."

"Clean friendly staff made our stay comfortable!!"

"Would have been nice if the restaurant in the hotel was open on Sunday and Monday. We had to search for a breakfast place. The Mud Puddle had pricey food and it was OK if you like their eclectic menu. Had bar food for dinner."

"lady working night shift, not nice or friendly at all."

"I went to the Chihuly exhibit at Meijer Gardens, which is why I wasbon town. My room was clean and pleasant. The staff was helpful suggesting dinner restaurants. My only negative comment was the breakfast items. The eggs/omlets were brown from being overcooked."

"This is an excellent property. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and the hot breakfast of eggs and bacon was really delicious. The only negative was we needed 3 beds and the trundle bed is very uncomfortable as well as the scratchy extra blanket but the 2 queen beds are very nice. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean and friendly staff."

"Let convitions do stuff after normal hours."

"Great value, lots included at a great price! Awesome!"

"The room was clean, spacious, and felt brand new. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. Easily a 10/10 stay, we’ll definitely be back!"
