"upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean."

"Very far from most popular activities. It was an okay stay but the room had a weird scent, so did the towels and overall everything just appeared dingy. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but it’s most definitely not the worst hotel I ever been in. The breakfast was not bad and the staff were nice."

"Needs more maintenance"

"We booked a night at the Sonesta Simply Suites for the night and checked-in around 9:30pm. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. The room did not smell clean and we very quickly noticed that the room was so disgustingly dirty. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned in a very long time. The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. "The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10"
