"Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. Insgesamt jedoch tolles Hotel und zu empfehlen. "

"I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent

"We arrived late at night and had not received entry instructions from Expedia, but the property has staff on call. Despite being 11pm they answered our call and walked us through. The staff is truly attentive and ready to provide great service. The room is small and very basic but very clean and we knew what we were booking. Also to note ... it is an old building and whoever renovate it did an amazing job at keeping the old original architectural elements. Truly BRAVO!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! "The location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food and service was good. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. "
